# Ideogram V3 Character Edit API

> 参照キャラクターのアイデンティティを維持するIdeogram V3のマスク編集

`mask_url`を使って`image_url`のマスク領域をインペイントします（両方のサイズは同一である必要があります）。`prompt`と`reference_image_urls`内のキャラクター参照（1枚使用）も指定します。ポーズ、表情、衣服の変更に便利です。任意のスタイル参照、`rendering_speed`、最大8個の出力に対応します。

## Pricing

Price: **from $0.10 / image** (the lowest tier; the quote prices your exact input). Billed per generated image (`num_images`, default 1).

Price rules (the first rule that matches the input wins; a parameter you leave out counts as its default):

- When `rendering_speed` = BALANCED: $0.15 (150 API credits) / image
- When `rendering_speed` = QUALITY: $0.20 (200 API credits) / image

The full example input below costs $0.15 = 150 API credits (1 image × 150 API credits).

Prices are the upstream price in USD, paid from the API balance in API credits (1000 API credits = 1 USD). `POST https://api.doitong.com/v1/quote/ideogram/character/edit` with the same JSON body returns the exact price for that input; the quote is exactly what a run charges. Invalid input is never charged and failed or canceled requests are refunded automatically.

## Input parameters

Send either the canonical name or the native field name (not both). Canonical names are the same across models.

File parameters (`images`, `image`, `mask`, `reference_image_urls`, `reference_mask_urls`) take a public `https://` URL, a `data:` URI up to 10 MB, or the `file_url` of an upload from `POST /files`.

## Run it

Set `DOITONG_API_KEY` to a key from https://doitong.com/developers/dashboard#keys. `?wait=20` returns the finished request in the same call when it is ready within 20 seconds; otherwise poll `GET /requests/{id}` (it also accepts `?wait=`), or pass `webhook_url`.

## Response

Every call returns a request object. `status` is one of `queued`, `running`, `succeeded`, `failed`, `canceled`. `outputs` lists the generated files with URLs on our storage (kept forever, or 7 days with `?storage=temporary`; `storage` says which); `output` is the model's own result object with the same URLs.
