The Business Intelligence Group has unveiled the recipients of its prestigious 2025 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards, celebrating groundbreaking AI innovations that are reshaping industries worldwide.
The awards, announced on May 30, recognize outstanding achievements in artificial intelligence across multiple categories. This year's winners represent the pinnacle of AI advancement in fields including predictive analytics, generative AI, and explainable AI.

Other recognized innovations include SKENSE Research Genie, a multi-agent research assistant that helps insurance underwriters assess risk more efficiently, and KnowRA+, a Gen AI-powered tool enabling service agents to deliver seamless customer interactions.
The awards also acknowledged companies like 7Learnings, AccountantX AI, and Schneider Electric for their innovative AI solutions enhancing efficiency and customer experience across various industries. Notable finalists included Adeia, Agiloft, IBM Sales Insight Assistant, and NBCUniversal's OLI, among others.
