The Business Intelligence Group has unveiled the recipients of its prestigious 2025 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards, celebrating groundbreaking AI innovations that are reshaping industries worldwide.

The awards, announced on May 30, recognize outstanding achievements in artificial intelligence across multiple categories. This year's winners represent the pinnacle of AI advancement in fields including predictive analytics, generative AI, and explainable AI.

Among the notable winners is WNS, which received five awards for its AI solutions, including WNS Malkom, an AI-powered shipping automation platform that streamlines logistics operations. Other recognized innovations include SKENSE Research Genie, a multi-agent research assistant that helps insurance underwriters assess risk more efficiently, and KnowRA+, a Gen AI-powered tool enabling service agents to deliver seamless customer interactions.

The awards also acknowledged companies like 7Learnings, AccountantX AI, and Schneider Electric for their innovative AI solutions enhancing efficiency and customer experience across various industries. Notable finalists included Adeia, Agiloft, IBM Sales Insight Assistant, and NBCUniversal's OLI, among others.

The Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards are judged by a panel of industry experts who evaluate nominees based on creativity, impact, and measurable success in AI-driven solutions. The program aims to identify truly unique solutions that stand out in an increasingly crowded artificial intelligence space, with a focus on technologies that serve as a force for good.
