Cerence Inc., branded as Cerence AI, has announced its participation in two significant investor conferences this August as the company continues to strengthen its position in the automotive AI sector.
According to a July 31 announcement, Cerence will host one-on-one investor meetings at the virtual Raymond James Industrial Showcase on Thursday, August 14, 2025. The following week, on Thursday, August 21, the company will participate in Needham & Company's 6th Annual Virtual Semiconductor & SemiCap 1x1 Conference, also hosting individual investor meetings.
The conference appearances come at a strategic time for Cerence, which recently reported strong financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2025. The company posted revenue of $78 million and generated $13.1 million in free cash flow, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of positive cash flow. Based on this performance, Cerence has maintained its full-year revenue guidance while raising projections for profitability and cash flow.
Cerence AI has been advancing its conversational AI technology for automotive applications, with particular focus on its next-generation platform, Cerence xUI. This platform leverages the company's proprietary CaLLM family of language models to create more natural, intuitive interactions between drivers and vehicles.
With more than 525 million cars shipped containing its technology, Cerence has established itself as a dominant player in automotive AI. The company partners with leading automakers worldwide to integrate its voice recognition, natural language understanding, and AI-powered assistant technologies into vehicle infotainment systems.
Investors interested in scheduling meetings with Cerence at either conference can contact their Raymond James or Needham representatives, or reach out directly to Cerence's Investor Relations team at [email protected]. The company will also announce its third quarter financial results for the period ended June 30, 2025, on August 6.
