About Topaz Denoise Video
Cleans noise from the video at `video_url`. `model` can be Nyx, Nyx Fast, Nyx XL or Nyx HF. Optional `noise`, `compression` and `halo` values (0 to 1) fine-tune reduction, and `upscale_factor` (1 to 4) can enlarge the output; 1 keeps the source resolution. `H264_output` swaps the default H265 codec.
