Make the numbers 1-4 smaller. Change the perspective so the four earring cards are standing up vertically, as if on a display shelf, instead of lying down flat. The numbers 1-4 should still be placed neatly under their corresponding earring pairs: 1 under top-left, 2 under top-right, 3 under bottom-left, and 4 under bottom-right.
