Create ONE single continuous walk cycle, then sample it into exactly 16 consecutive animation frames. DO NOT design 16 separate poses. DO NOT treat each grid cell as an independent image. Imagine a single uninterrupted 2-second video of the SAME character walking straight downward. Take 16 consecutive snapshots from that exact same video at equal time intervals. FRAME CONTINUITY IS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY. Between frame N and frame N+1, change only a very small amount.
