Full-length view, the entire figure of Xalthar visible from head to feet, standing upright and centered — a towering demon lord with a broad, muscular, imposing build. His skin is dark leathery scaled hide in deep charcoal-black and ash-grey tones, cracked with faint crimson glow along the seams. A pair of massive curved demonic horns sweep back from his brow. His eyes burn with intense neon-green light, hypnotic and piercing, set in a sharp angular face with a heavy jaw and jagged fangs. Long clawed hands end in sharp black talons. He wears tattered dark plated armor over his shoulders and waist, with torn crimson cloth draping to his thighs, and heavy spiked metal greaves ending in clawed taloned feet. Thick black and crimson smoke swirls aggressively around him, faint green inner glow radiating from his chest and eyes. He stands in a slow beckoning pose, one taloned hand raised toward the viewer, commanding and menacing, amid a dark hellish void.
