Use the face from the reference image. Preserve the exact facial identity, features, and cute smile, but change the eye color to striking gray-blue eyes. Render a full-body 3D animated female character in the Disney Pixar style, standing in a natural elegant pose. She has an average height and a perfectly proportioned medium build with correct anatomy. She is wearing an elegant, formal business suit in light cream colors, featuring a mid-length tailored blazer jacket that cuts off exactly at her wrists, styled with matching straight-leg trousers and high-heel pumps. Set against a softly blurred festive Christmas tree with glowing warm bokeh lights. Vibrant colors, smooth clay-like skin texture, ray-traced lighting, cinematic composition, masterpiece.
