Art style: Pixar-like 3D.
Full-length view, the entire figure visible from head to feet, standing upright and centered — a cunning cartoon germ villain named Caries, a round dark-purple bacterium creature about knee-high, his glossy body covered in oily black-green blotches and short wobbly spikes. He has a wide sneaky grin showing crooked yellow teeth, big bulging green eyes with tiny shifty pupils, thin arched eyebrows, and two twitchy antennae with sticky drops on their tips. Four stubby tentacle-like limbs end in little suction-cup feet that cling to a pale, glistening pink tooth-enamel floor. He clutches a tiny rusty pickaxe in one hand, hunching his shoulders in a cowardly, scheming crouch, glancing nervously sideways as if fearing a toothbrush. Soft drips of sugary slime trail behind him across the molar-shaped cavern setting.
