Square YouTube channel avatar (profile picture) that will be shown cropped to a circle at very small sizes. Use the same three characters, faces, outfits and art style as in the reference banner image.
Composition: a bold emblem-style portrait centered in the frame. The three friends' heads and shoulders close together, looking confident and adventurous: Dmitri the Russian (short dark beard) on the left, Jack the American (clean-shaven, confident grin) in the middle and slightly in front, Hans the German (blond, neatly trimmed) on the right. Behind them, a glowing golden circular compass-rose ring like an adventurer's seal, with three small waving flags at the top of the ring: the Russian white-blue-red tricolor, the American Stars and Stripes and the German black-red-gold flag.
Background: a deep, rich dusk-blue sky with soft magical golden light rays, simple and uncluttered so the faces read clearly at small sizes. High contrast, cinematic lighting, photorealistic, vivid colors. Keep everything important inside a centered circle with margin at the edges. No text, no letters, no logos, no watermarks.
