Recreate this exact cinematic film shot from the reference image as a brand-new photorealistic render. Match exactly: the composition and framing, the camera angle and lens, the lighting direction, the light rays and haze, the color grade, and the design of every object and character, including markings painted on them. Ultra detailed 35mm film still, natural film grain, cinematic contrast. No captions, no subtitles, no watermark, no logos, no borders. Scene: Gros plan sur la main d'Elara qui glisse sous les coussins décoratifs et touche le bord d'un téléphone caché. Ses doigts se referment dessus avec urgence. Fix these differences from the reference: Multiple hands visible in original vs single hand in remake; Flower garland arrangement differs - original shows orange and white flowers being held/exchanged, remake shows them on wrist; Hand positions completely different - original shows reaching/giving gesture, remake shows resting hand; Jewelry details differ - original has rings on fingers, remake shows clearer bangle stack.
