The same old Russian grandmother from the reference photos (same face, same wrinkles, same colorful floral headscarf, flowered fleece robe, knitted grey-brown cardigan, glasses on a cord, gold tooth). Scene: in a bright modern appliance store, suspicious squint, one eyebrow raised, she pokes her finger at the touchscreen on the door of a huge modern two-door stainless steel smart refrigerator. Leave empty space in the upper third of the frame. Photorealistic, like a smartphone photo, real skin texture. No text, no logos, no watermarks.
