The same old Russian grandmother from the reference photos (same face, same wrinkles, same colorful floral headscarf, flowered fleece robe, knitted grey-brown cardigan, glasses on a cord, gold tooth). Scene: sitting on an old sofa in her Soviet living room with a carpet on the wall, glasses on her nose, happily darning a pair of old trousers with a needle and thread, a darning egg and a box of threads next to her, cozy proud smile. Leave empty space in the upper third of the frame. Photorealistic, like a smartphone photo, real skin texture, natural light. No text, no logos, no watermarks.
