The same old Russian grandmother from the reference photos (same face, same wrinkles, same colorful floral headscarf, flowered fleece robe, knitted grey-brown cardigan, glasses on a cord, gold tooth). Scene: at a festive New Year table with tinsel, she holds up a tiny modern bowl with a little quinoa, a few avocado slices and three lettuce leaves, looking at it with puzzled squinting eyes through her glasses, one eyebrow raised. Leave empty space in the upper third of the frame. Photorealistic, like a smartphone photo, real skin texture, warm light. No text, no logos, no watermarks.
