Create a masterpiece, ultra-detailed, 8k resolution, semi-realistic manhwa/comic-style illustration with dramatic cinematic lighting. The perspective is a first-person POV (point of view), looking up at the character. The character is a girl with split-dyed hair: the left side is black, the right side is bright crimson red. She has glowing red eyes with cross-shaped pupils, pale skin, pointed elf ears with small piercings, large black demon horns on her head, and a black studded leather choker. She has no facial piercings.
She is wearing a stylized, rich outfit adapted to her colors: a black shirt with white ruffled collar and a bow at the neck, layered under a dark crimson red jacket.
Her pose and action: she is holding out a massive, incredibly thick stack of banknotes directly towards the viewer. The top bill clearly shows the number "3,000,000,000". She has a wide, intense, commanding expression. Behind her head is a blinding, intense golden halo of light that illuminates her face and the money.
The background is dark and dramatic, contrasting with the golden glow. She is not holding any game controllers or gamepads. Sharp focus, intricate details on the ruffles, hair, and the texture of the money.
