Character reference sheet on a plain mid-grey background, three panels side by side: front head-and-shoulders, three-quarter head-and-shoulders, full-body standing front view. Photorealistic, soft even studio light, invented person with no resemblance to any real public figure, no text, no logos. Victor Sterling: a tall white man in his 60s with swept-back silver hair, clean-shaven, sharp features, charcoal three-piece suit, white shirt, dark silver tie, cold faint smile.
