Seafoam-teal paper waves slide left→right by one wave width over the loop; cream foam dots drift and pop (each dot scales 90%→110%→90%). Add subtle spec speckles that shift 1 px frame-to-frame. Keep all moves stepped (hold 1–2 frames between positions)
