Keep the same overall design, same bold flower line art, same banner with text "Фрирен", same style. Two changes:
1. Make the Frieren character noticeably smaller and move her into the left corner, tucked among the flowers, so she no longer reaches toward the center. Her staff stays with her in the corner.
2. Now that the left side is free, place a wide horizontal rectangle with a clean border exactly in the center of the frame, with equal margins on the left and right and equal space above and below. Keep the inside of the rectangle completely empty and pure white.
Reflow the surrounding flowers so they frame the edges and corners but never overlap the central rectangle. Pure white background, no shading, no gradients, no gray tones, no watercolor, plain solid white background.
