The same old Russian grandmother from the reference photos (same face, same wrinkles, same colorful floral headscarf, flowered fleece robe, knitted grey-brown cardigan, glasses on a cord, gold tooth). Scene: in a modern gym, standing and holding a small dumbbell in each hand, examining them skeptically like irons, one eyebrow raised, young athletes in the background. Leave empty space in the upper third of the frame. Photorealistic, like a smartphone photo, real skin texture. No text, no logos, no watermarks.
